By using AU Invoice Generator ("the tool"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the tool.

What the tool does

AU Invoice Generator provides a free browser-based tool for creating invoices. It is designed to follow ATO tax invoice formatting guidelines. The tool runs entirely in your browser - no data is sent to our servers.

Not professional advice

This tool is for informational and convenience purposes only. It does not constitute tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice. We are not registered tax agents or BAS agents. Always consult a qualified professional for advice about your specific tax obligations.

Accuracy

While we aim to follow current ATO guidelines, we do not guarantee that invoices generated by this tool meet all legal requirements for your specific situation. Tax laws change - it is your responsibility to ensure your invoices comply with current regulations.

Paid features

Some features (batch generation, templates) require a one-time payment of $9 AUD processed through Stripe. Payments are non-refundable unless the product is materially defective. All paid content is delivered digitally immediately after purchase.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or penalty arising from your use of invoices generated by this tool. This includes (but is not limited to) ATO penalties, incorrect GST calculations, or disputes with clients.

Intellectual property

Invoices you create using this tool belong to you. The tool itself, including its design, code, and templates, is owned by us and may not be redistributed.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
